This Physical Therapist position is based in Laconia, NH, focusing on mobile outpatient therapy for ALF/ILF and community-based patients. You will primarily provide rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, whether that be a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility.
Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible—their home. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, developing individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance performance, and instructing patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence. You will collaborate with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs and direct activities that promote and maintain health.
