About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well and bring their power back. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper who is equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.

You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of work and settings. As a teammate, you look for collaboration with peers and are happy to make referrals to help patients thrive. You also serve as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.

This position may be a floating role between Pheasant Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center and Skyline Nursing and Rehab Center, offering premium pay potential. We are also offering a special incentive to cover the upfront cost and pay for your time during your initial or next Lymphedema Certification or Recertification.
