About the Role
Operating in the outpatient services area, this role involves providing evaluation and direct patient care to individuals of all ages with the goal of maximizing their function and independence. You will play an active role in providing care at outreach sites in communities around the Rapid City area. In addition to clinical duties, you will carry out operational duties for the Rehab Services department as indicated.
