About the Role
As a Physical Therapist with VNS Health, you will help New Yorkers get back on their feet and out of the hospital so they can heal in the environments they know best. You will design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or accident. By being part of their day-to-day life, you can assess progress and respond to evolving patient needs with timely plan adjustments.
You will practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team, conducting comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and developing courses of action that include treatment plans and outcomes.
