About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist, blending 3 days in our clinic with 2 days of remote work. As a Digital Health Specialist (DHS), you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, participating in the development of the digital health program to optimize and grow remote services at CORA.
In this role, you will make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day will involve delivering telehealth visits for evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development, while performing interactive communication and monitoring services. You will work closely with operations to meet patient care needs and collaborate with the primary treating clinician to provide necessary revisions in treatment.
