About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, bridging the gap between traditional care and modern digital solutions. In this role, you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while actively participating in the development of our digital health program.
Your day-to-day involves making a powerful impact on the local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. By using our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits and performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, you will ensure high-quality care regardless of location. You will also work closely with operations to meet patient care needs and collaborate with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow our remote services.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
