About the Role
As a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic environment, splitting their time between our CORA clinic and remote digital health services.
In this position, you serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day-to-day involves leveraging digital platforms to deliver telehealth visits, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plan development, while performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services to ensure continuous patient engagement.
Beyond direct patient care, you will actively participate in the development of our digital health program. You will work closely with operations to meet staffing needs, communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians, and support marketing efforts to grow remote services. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of physical therapy delivery while maintaining a strong connection to your local community.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and possess a valid Physical Therapy state license (or be in the process of obtaining one). Experience with digital or telehealth is preferred. As this role requires serving patients across state lines, candidates must be licensed in a compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
