CORA Physical Therapy is a community built on the passion and experience of clinicians who embrace a commitment to Treating Everyone Right. We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
As a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed to provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will participate in the development of our digital health program, working closely with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits for evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development, while utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes. You will support operations to meet patient care and staffing needs, ensuring a powerful impact on the local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
CORA Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
