About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist, blending 3 days in our clinic with 2 days of remote work. As a Digital Health Specialist (DHS), you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, participating in the development of the digital health program to optimize and grow remote services at CORA.
In this role, you will make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, objectively measure outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently document evaluations and treatments. You will utilize the digital platform to deliver telehealth visits and perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, ensuring interactive communication and monitoring for patients.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
