About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist, blending 3 days in our clinic with 2 days of remote work. As a Digital Health Specialist (DHS), you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, participating in the development of the digital health program to optimize and grow remote services at CORA.
In this role, you will make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day will involve efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments while using the digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment plan development. You will also perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, engaging in interactive communication to monitor patient progress and communicate necessary revisions to the primary treating clinician.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
