About the Role
As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed to provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will participate in the development of our digital health program, working closely with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits for evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development, while utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes. You will also perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, engaging in interactive communication to support a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in person at a CORA clinic and two days working remotely. You will be empowered by technology that works for you, including EMR automations and AI-powered tools designed to save time and enhance care delivery.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must hold a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and possess a valid Physical Therapy state license (or be in the process of obtaining one).
