We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed to provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will participate in the development of our digital health program, utilizing EMR automations and AI-powered tools to save time and enhance patient outcomes. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits for a diverse patient population, objectively measuring outcomes with cutting-edge software, and working closely with operations to meet patient care and staffing needs. You will also support marketing efforts and maintain regular reporting on regional service metrics to help optimize and grow remote services.
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a current Physical Therapy state license (or one in process). Digital or telehealth experience is preferred.
