About the Role

This Physical Therapist position is based in Florence, NJ, offering a mobile out-patient therapy model. You will primarily provide rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, treating patients in their private residences or within independent living facilities. Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible—their own home.

In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized therapy programs, and deliver treatments designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will instruct and train patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence and productivity. The position offers a flexible schedule and work environment, allowing you to make a direct, lasting impact on the lives of older adults and their families.
