Powerback is a new way of delivering recovery, rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services to patients across the nation. We deliver an empowered approach to achieving your full potential by providing integrated and individualized solutions. Our reimagined approach to rehabilitation connects directly to the patient experience, which is centered on transforming the road to recovery for everyone and helping patients get their power back.
As a Physical Therapist with Powerback, you will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. This role allows you to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment: the patient's home. Whether in a private residence or a patient's room in an independent living facility, you will assess needs, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
You will work as part of a collaborative team, consulting with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs and adapting treatment plans to the individual. Your work will focus on instructing and training patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence, while directing activities that promote and maintain health. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve.
We are committed to supporting your growth and well-being. New graduates can join our Clinical Mentorship Program on day one to learn from the best in the field. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, generous paid time off, and exclusive perks ranging from discounts on wireless and insurance to our PowerZone Employee Recognition Program.
