About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with Premier Home Health Providers, you will play a vital role in delivering skilled care that addresses the unique challenges of home health environments. You will help patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence through individualized treatment plans and therapeutic education.

This is a per diem position with a rate of $160 - $190 per visit. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance if interested. Mileage reimbursement is provided for patient-to-patient visits.
