About the Role
This Full-Time Physical Therapist position is based in Rochester, NH, focusing on Mobile Outpatient therapy. You will primarily provide rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. This could involve visiting a patient's private residence or treating them within their room at an independent living facility.
Through Powerback Rehabilitation To You, you will evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible: their home. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, developing individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance performance, and instructing patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence. You will also collaborate with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs and direct activities that promote and maintain health.
