About the Role

We are seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our vibrant, on-site campus. In this role, you will deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care, from inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, all within our 60-acre community. This position offers a unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents.

The role is designed for those who enjoy continuity of care and a caseload focused primarily on 1:1 direct patient care. You will work alongside nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to help residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life. We set you up for success with dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support, allowing you to focus on doing your best work every day. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
