About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary mission is to help seniors regain mobility, safety, and independence through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and transfer techniques.
In this role, you will not only deliver hands-on care but also educate patients, families, and caregivers on essential exercises and functional strategies. You will collaborate closely with physical therapists, nurses, and other care providers to adjust care plans and support effective discharge planning.
