About the Role
This hybrid position invites a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to ignite their career as a Digital Health Specialist. You will bridge the gap between traditional in-clinic care and modern digital solutions, serving as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
In this role, you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will participate in the development of the digital health program, working closely with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. Your day will involve a blend of in-person patient care at our Tampa clinic and remote engagement, allowing you to make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment while helping shape the future of CORA's digital offerings.
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, hybrid role (40 hours/week, 5 days/week). You must be located in Winter Haven, FL, or within driving distance of our Tampa clinic. The schedule consists of three days working in person at the clinic and two days working remotely as a Digital Health Specialist. Additionally, you must be willing to obtain PTA licensure in other states as needed.

Requirements
