This hybrid position serves as a bridge between traditional in-clinic care and the future of digital health. As a Physical Therapist Assistant and Digital Health Specialist, you will split your time between our CORA Tampa clinic and remote work, delivering virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will act as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, participating in the development of our digital health program and supporting operations to meet patient care needs.
In this role, you will make a powerful impact on the local community by providing inclusive physical therapy treatment. Your day will involve progressing patients safely through treatment levels, consulting with supervising Physical Therapists, and delivering relevant education to patients and families regarding home programs. You will also collaborate with teammates to grow clinic culture and work closely with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services.
To be considered for this full-time, hybrid role, you must be located in Winter Haven, FL, or within driving distance of our Tampa clinic. The position requires 3 days in-person at the clinic and 2 days working remotely. Candidates must be board-licensed Physical Therapist Assistants with a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting. Additionally, you must be willing to obtain PTA licensure in other states as needed.
