We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our New Jersey outpatient clinics. In this role, you will work under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training. Your day will involve monitoring patient progress, assisting with manual therapy and rehab modalities, and educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe clinic environment, managing patient flow, and upholding strict documentation standards.
