About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our New Jersey outpatient clinics. In this role, you will work under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training. You will play a vital part in monitoring patient progress, documenting outcomes, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Beyond clinical duties, you will collaborate closely with a supportive team to maintain a safe clinic environment, manage patient flow, and uphold our culture of collaboration and patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice while making a tangible difference in the lives of our patients.
