As a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assume clinical responsibility within our facility, serving as a vital therapy resource that enhances resident well-being. This professional position focuses on direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, ensuring that every interaction aligns with our mission of serving others.
In this role, you will partner with top-notch leadership and a supportive work family. You will instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, gait training, functional activities, and safety protocols. Beyond direct care, you will observe and report patient responses to treatment, collaborate with the healthcare team to educate families and caregivers, and assist in developing treatment plans. Your work ensures that residents receive consistent, personalized care through our dedicated in-house Rehab Care Model.
