About the Role
As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will be the primary driver of patient care within the home setting. Your mission is to complete comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patient needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain. Based on these findings, you will collaborate with physicians to develop tailored treatment plans, perform interventions to enhance patient well-being, and continuously evaluate progress. You will work in an environment that challenges you with clear direction while offering opportunities for professional development and career growth.
