About the Role

Powerback is reimagining the delivery of recovery and rehabilitation services through an empowered, patient-centered approach. This role focuses on delivering outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or within an independent living facility, you will evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible.

You will be part of a team that transforms the road to recovery, helping patients feel better, move better, breathe better, and live better. The position offers a flexible schedule and work environment, allowing you to serve patients across Woburn, Burlington, Wakefield, Melrose, Reading, and surrounding areas in Massachusetts. Your work will directly support assisted living, independent living, and community patients, including leading exercise classes alongside individual outpatient treatment.
