About the Role
This Physical Therapist position is based in Hanover, NH, serving ALF, ILF, and community-based patients. You will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, whether in a patient's private residence or within an independent living facility. Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible—their home.
In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will instruct and train patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence and productivity. The position offers a flexible schedule and work environment, allowing you to direct activities that promote and maintain health while collaborating with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
