We are seeking a Physical Therapist for our Wendover, Utah, clinic to provide, manage, and plan direct physical therapy care for a specified patient population. This role is vital to our mission of delivering uncompromising care to underserved communities.
In this position, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, including examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment. You will develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques and motivate patients to help them function optimally. The role involves consulting with other health professionals, coordinating treatment activities, and supervising physical therapy assistants and aides. You will also maintain accurate patient records, stay abreast of advancements in the field, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We are looking for genuine, kind, ambitious, positive, and helpful individuals who are passionate about making a difference every day. The successful candidate will have an interest in persistent/chronic pain and working with underserved and tribal populations in an interdisciplinary setting.
This is a full-time, salaried position based at the Wendover Clinic. The work schedule will be determined based on availability within the hours of 7:45 am – 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as needed. Due to the remote location of this position, limited housing accommodations and transportation assistance may be available for employees working in Wendover, Utah, based on operational needs and availability.
