About the Role
As a Sonographer PRN at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, you will be a vital part of our team, providing care for patients requiring ultrasound procedures. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing diagnostic and interventional ultrasound procedures, operating equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images according to radiology practice standards, and relaying images with pertinent clinical information to physicians for interpretation. You will also assist with inventory management and patient scheduling, taking on-call shifts as assigned to provide after-hours high-volume coverage.

Requirements
- verifiedBasic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program or equivalent education
- verifiedARDMS Registered in physics and one other registry, or ARRT (S) Sonography
- verifiedARDMS RVT or ARRT (VS) Vascular Sonography required within one year
