This position is for a Phlebotomist in Plano, Texas, working a 1st Shift schedule with 20 weekly hours. You will be the face of our laboratory, providing exceptional patient care and customer-focused service. If you have a passion for patient care, are personable and professional, and take pride in your ability to find a vein, this role is for you.
You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. In this role, you will champion safety, compliance, and quality control while working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI); strict confidentiality and adherence to all applicable privacy and security standards are expected.
