We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist I to join our team in Arlington, MA. This part-time position operates on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role is vital to our mission of supporting employee health by ensuring accurate and efficient specimen collection and processing for drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams.
In this position, you will serve as a key link between our clients and our laboratory services. Your day will involve collecting specimens, administering oral solutions, and managing the full lifecycle of sample processing—from labeling and centrifuging to preparing items for transport. Beyond the lab bench, you will handle administrative duties such as verifying orders, managing billing information, and maintaining essential logs. Success in this role requires a blend of technical precision, data entry accuracy, and the ability to navigate lab technology systems effectively.
