About the Role

As an Outpatient Phlebotomist, you will be the vital link between patients and the diagnostic process. Your role is to process patients requiring blood draws with a focus on patient care, high-level customer satisfaction, and positive communication with hospital staff and co-workers. You will conduct laboratory tests that provide critical information to physicians for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of diseases.

This position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience where you will interact professionally with laboratory management, physicians, and patients. You will perform phlebotomy at outpatient draw stations, nursing homes, assisted living centers, and healthcare clinics, serving a diverse population ranging from infants to adults. Your work ensures the integrity of specimens and the accuracy of data entered into our systems, directly supporting the health outcomes of our community.
