About the Role
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the primary face of the company for patients visiting our facilities, whether for routine health maintenance or to navigate life-defining medical decisions. This role is dedicated to drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing with a strict adherence to established practices and procedures.
In this position, you will create an atmosphere of trust and confidence through direct patient interaction. You will explain procedures skillfully while collecting specimens in a safe, accurate, and compassionate manner. The PSR I is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence while maintaining the highest sensitivity to patient confidentiality and data accuracy.
Reporting to the area supervisor, you will perform daily activities with precision and timeliness. Your duties include maintaining a safe and professional environment and executing both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing with confidence. You will also be responsible for maintaining required records and documentation, promoting a positive image of the organization to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

Requirements
