About the Role

In this position, you will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. You will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Embracing the Customer 1st strategy, you will encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

You will serve as a vital link between our customers and their healthcare needs, promoting trust and respect among associates. Your role involves creating an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store. You will gain and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical products, competently discuss them with customers and prescribers, and provide drug counseling and over-the-counter medication recommendations.
