This Pharmacy Technician position is a vital onsite role within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practices. The role exists to provide top-of-scope pharmacy support, ensuring safety at the point of care through the utilization of established protocols and best practices.
In this position, you will partner effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal care outcomes. You will manage Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) to ensure unit-specific medications are safely available, perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, and conduct regular inventory audits to maintain regulatory compliance. Beyond technical duties, you will model proficiency by precepting and mentoring those new to healthcare or UCHealth, welcoming new knowledge and contributing proactively to solutions that secure safety and quality.
