A-Line Staffing is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Aurora, CO, to hire a dedicated Pharmacy Technician. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a vital healthcare team while enjoying significant career growth potential within the organization.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will serve as a critical bridge between patients, providers, and the pharmacy team. Your day will involve providing professional phone assistance to members and handling walk-in patients with care. You will play a key role in the prior authorization process, ensuring accurate documentation of approvals and denials, while supporting the broader pharmacy operations.
In this onsite position, you will manage the flow of medication orders by entering data into pharmacy systems, organizing stock, and preparing prescriptions for pharmacist verification. You will also assist with compounding under supervision, conduct inventory inspections, and ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly by reporting any issues with missing medications or supplies. A core part of your responsibility is knowing when to transfer clinical questions and judgment calls directly to the pharmacist, ensuring patient safety remains the top priority.
