Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota is part of one of the nation's largest and most innovative long-term care pharmacy service providers. We are reimagining medication management and transforming care by delivering customized solutions to healthcare organizations serving seniors and individuals with complex care needs. Our comprehensive suite of tech-enabled pharmacy services is supported by a dedicated team of professionals committed to enriching the lives of those we serve.
We operate with a "Guardian Difference": our clients require pharmacy services that aren't "cookie cutter." That is why every Guardian pharmacy is locally operated and empowered with the autonomy to tailor their business to meet their clients' specific needs. While our corporate support offices in Atlanta provide essential services like human resources and business intelligence, our local teams drive the mission on the ground.
This position is designed for a team-oriented professional looking to put their expertise to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and inclusive environment. You will be the backbone of our medication management process, responsible for entering and processing prescriptions with both speed and accuracy. Your day will involve triaging incoming fax prescriptions, verifying dosages, and communicating courteously with customers and doctors' offices to ensure timely dispensing.
Beyond data entry, you will develop proficiency in our pharmacy systems, manage cycle fill coding, and assist with inventory and packaging as needed. This role requires the ability to solve problems with minimal direction and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a setting where strict deadlines are the norm. If you possess an intrinsic drive to excel and values aligned with our philosophy of "Treat others as you would like to be treated," this is the place for you.
At Guardian, we are dedicated to fostering and advancing a diverse and inclusive workforce. We encourage innovative thinking, intellectual curiosity, and diverse viewpoints to ensure we stay competitive in today's dynamic business environment. Regardless of your role, your voice and talents matter. We offer a supportive environment where you can learn and grow your career while contributing to the extraordinary care we provide to our community.
We invite you to discover what your best work truly looks like. If you are ready to join a rapidly growing team in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, we encourage you to apply.
