About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our rapidly growing team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between operations and clients, managing medication record-keeping and resolving related issues. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate medication records for all facilities, troubleshooting eMar platforms, and ensuring continuous, active prescriptions for residents.
This position offers a challenging, team-oriented environment where you can put your expertise to work as a "trusted advisor" to business unit management. You will collaborate with prescribers, facility staff, and internal teams to resolve service issues, update Medication Administration Records, and generate custom reports. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
