About the Role

As a Pharmacy Supervisor at Walgreens, you serve as a vital bridge between clinical care and operational excellence. In this full-time certified pharmacy technician role, you will operate under the supervision of a pharmacist to ensure efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience. You will lead a team of pharmacy technicians and cashiers, managing their selection, scheduling, development, and performance while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Your day involves balancing hands-on patient care with strategic leadership. You will engage directly with customers to resolve complaints, answer non-clinical questions, and build strong relationships by anticipating their healthcare needs. Simultaneously, you will oversee the technical side of pharmacy operations, including prescription data entry, medication preparation, and inventory management. You will also drive the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring the pharmacy remains clean, orderly, and compliant with all state and federal regulations.

Hiring Process

Candidates with a High School Diploma or GED, along with PTCB or ExCPT certification and at least one year of pharmacy technician experience, are encouraged to apply.
