Pharmacy Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Supervisor at Walgreens, you will serve as a full-time certified pharmacy technician who bridges the gap between clinical care and operational excellence. In this role, you are accountable for performing day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities, ensuring an efficient workflow and a positive patient experience. You will operate under the supervision of a pharmacist while leading a team of pharmacy technicians and cashiers, guiding them through training, coaching, and performance management.

Your day involves more than just processing prescriptions; you will engage directly with customers to resolve complaints, answer non-clinical questions, and anticipate needs to foster strong relationships. You will assist the pharmacist in delivering patient care, including patient registration, medication preparation, and administering vaccines or health screenings where permitted by law. Additionally, you will manage core pharmacy workflow, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure the pharmacy remains clean, orderly, and fully stocked.

Hiring Process
