About the Role
As a Pharmacy Supervisor at Walgreens, you serve as a critical bridge between clinical care and operational excellence. In this full-time certified pharmacy technician role, you will operate under the supervision of a pharmacist to ensure efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience. You are accountable for managing day-to-day non-clinical operations, from processing prescriptions to overseeing the team that keeps the pharmacy running smoothly.

You will lead the selection, scheduling, and development of pharmacy technicians, making key decisions regarding performance management, training, and discipline. Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, you must hold a PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico) and possess at least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting. Previous people management experience and a history of "Exceeding Expectations" in performance evaluations at Walgreens are highly preferred.
