This position serves as the clinical and operational anchor of the pharmacy, transforming the traditional transactional model into an interpersonal healthcare experience. You will provide empathetic consulting services to patients, guiding them on effective medication use, drug interactions, and preventive care. Beyond dispensing, you will lead the delivery of clinical services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management, ensuring every interaction fosters a positive and joyful patient experience.
In this role, you will manage the entire pharmacy workflow, from opening and closing procedures to inventory control and financial performance. You will act as a leader for your team, overseeing staff performance, engagement, and professional development through focused coaching and training. By collaborating with the Store Manager and the local medical community, you will identify strategic business opportunities and drive growth in health and wellness awareness within the community.

Supervisory experience planning, organizing, and directing the work of pharmacy staff. At least 6 months pharmacy experience with Walgreen Co. An average rating of 3.7 or above on the leadership behaviors on the last performance review if one is on file (Internal candidates only).
