About the Role
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice within the limits of state and federal laws and corporate policies. This role is designed to manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department while demonstrating our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
In this position, you will act as a role model for the pharmacy team, handling customer complaints and directing workflow to reduce wait times. You will develop and supervise sales initiatives, ensure proper inventory and ordering procedures, and monitor third-party profitability. Your day will involve scheduling staff to control labor costs, maintaining legal records, and performing effective detailing visits to local physicians. You will also promote public health initiatives and disease state management services, ensuring the team meets budgeted goals for labor, volume, and sales.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy
- verified2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- verifiedMinimum 21 years of age
- verifiedLicense must be in good standing
- verifiedAbility to write routine reports and correspondence
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret prescriptions and documents
- verifiedProven leadership skills
Nice to Have
Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s). Equivalent combination of education and experience in business management.
