About the Role
As a PRN Pharmacist, you will serve as a vital clinical partner within our fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role exists to ensure the seamless operation of pharmaceutical services, from drug distribution and central operations to IV admixture and patient therapy monitoring. You will be instrumental in maintaining adequate drug supplies and providing critical clinical support to the pharmacy function.
Your day-to-day impact involves more than just dispensing; you will instruct patients on medication usage prior to discharge and actively participate in developing new employee training and education programs. By promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement, you help uphold our commitment to patient safety and recovery.
