About the Role
As a Pharmacist on our team, you will serve as a vital link between patients and their care providers. This role exists to ensure the safety, accuracy, and appropriateness of medication therapy while supporting optimal patient outcomes. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize medication plans, manage transitions of care, and resolve complex drug-related problems.
Your day will involve reviewing and dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions against federal and state regulations, and providing essential counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies. Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to quality and safety initiatives, such as antimicrobial stewardship, and maintain rigorous inventory management for controlled substances. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on community health through professional education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements
