About the Role

The Technical Director (TD) serves as the technical leader for the PGSS product line, ensuring that technology needs for current and future programs are met. This role is critical for leveraging cross-functional technology across the business, identifying gaps, and developing the strategies and plans to fill them.

You will work across the product line portfolio, including Aviation Weapons, Strategic Missiles, and Market Expansion, developing cross-product line strategies to meet business objectives. The day-to-day involves interacting with customers, program leadership, and business development to understand needs and shape future plans. You will champion a technical strategy aligned with market opportunities, define technology roadmaps informed by competitor assessments, and support new business campaigns through technical leadership in proposal development.
