About the Role

As a Business Area Technical Director on the staff, you will support all aspects of technical product development, business capture, and technology maturation. Specific assignments will evolve over time as the needs of the business change. This role is designed for a candidate who is technically adept in areas such as RF system design, EO/IR sensing, lasers, and/or electronic warfare, and who possesses the flexibility and agility to lead and guide technical teams.

Work Environment

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, this position will be performed full-time on site. Work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
