In this position, you will join a team of endlessly curious people with an unwavering mission focus. You will support all aspects of technical product development, business capture, and technology maturation while leading the development of technology strategy in the RF and EO/IR domains. Your work will involve developing technology roadmaps and partnering with Product Line and Business Area leadership to shape business strategy.
You will prioritize emerging technologies, lead the development of IRAD plans, and manage investments and partnerships on new capabilities aligned with warfighter needs. This role requires you to be technically adept in areas such as RF system design, EO/IR sensing, lasers, or electronic warfare. You will also evaluate and understand end-customer mission needs, translating them into relevant capabilities and technologies.
As a leader, you will guide technical teams through multiple phases of the development lifecycle, providing technical coaching and mentoring. You will maintain effective working relationships within the department, Strategic Business Units, and the broader Company to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This position requires regular in-person engagement, working on-site five days a week in the primary work location, with potential travel between company campuses and other locations.
