This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and resources. You will manage the master schedule for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, handling call-offs by rescheduling shifts and providing timely notice to managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as needed to keep care flowing smoothly.
Your day involves preparing and monitoring staff schedules, attendance, and absenteeism reports, while tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes for billing purposes. You will be the central point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients, updating care plan information and documenting changes in the system. This role requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail to maintain the high standards of our senior living communities.
