At HumanGood, we're driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you're part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to supporting our team members with the total rewards needed to build a confident, secure life for you and your family.
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communication, and medical supply logistics. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the master schedule, handling call-offs, and rescheduling as needed to notify managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a critical role in coordinating information related to medical supplies usage and inventory, distributing supplies as required to keep our care teams fully equipped.
In this role, you will manage the flow of information for nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, RAs, etc.), updating care plan details and documenting changes in the system. You will also track resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes, entering data essential for billing. Your day will involve handling incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients, preparing attendance reports, and ensuring that care plans remain accurate and up-to-date.
