At HumanGood, we're driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. When you join us, you're part of something bigger, making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day. We are committed to supporting our team members with the total rewards needed to build a confident, secure life for you and your family.
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of care and resources. You will manage the master schedule for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, handling call-offs, rescheduling, and communicating changes to managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will be the central hub for communication, handling incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients while tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes for billing purposes. You will prepare and monitor attendance reports and document care plan updates in the system. Success in this position requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every resident receives the highest quality of care through organized and efficient support.
